View all UNO No Mercy features a massive 168-card deck with 56 more cards and harsher rules than the classic game.
The deck relies on punishing stacking rules and a “Mercy Rule” where holding 25+ cards eliminates you.

Standard Number Cards0–9: Two of each number in four colors (Red, Yellow, Green, Blue).
Standard Action CardsReverse: Reverses the direction of play.
Skip: Skips the next player.
Draw 2: Forces the next player to draw 2 cards and lose their turn.

No Mercy Action CardsDraw 4:Forces the next player to draw 4 cards and skip their turn.
Discard All: Lets you discard all cards in your hand that match the color of the Discard All card.
Skip Everyone: Skips every other player and grants you an immediate extra turn.
Wild Action CardsWild Color Roulette: The next player chooses a color and flips cards from the draw pile until they hit that color, picking up all revealed cards and losing their turn.
Wild Draw 6: Next player draws 6 cards and loses their turn.
Wild Draw 10: Next player draws 10 cards and loses their turn.
Wild Reverse Draw 4: Reverses play direction and forces the next player to draw 4 cards and lose their turn
